Crossroads Caring for Carers provides respite to carers and people with care needs by providing a quality service from a team of trained Care Attendants.
The care that is provided is stated below, however, Crossroads will tailor the service to meet the needs of the carer and the person with care needs.

Quality Care
Crossroads Care Attendants are not only rigorously selected and vetted to join our caring team, they are also trained in personal care and other caring tasks before they start to work in peoples’ homes.
Insurance
Crossroads has comprehensive insurance cover including:
- Public/Products Liability insurance of £5million
- Employers Liability Insurance of £310million
- Office contents, Legal Expenses and Personal Accident Insurance.

Each persons needs and lifestyle vary. Crossroads adapts care provision to each individual situation.Respect
Crossroads respects the rights of individuals. Both carers and people with care needs are involved in drawing up their own care plan.
Reliability
Crossroads undertakes to be there when expected so that service users can make plans with confidence. Crossroads aim to provide the same Care Attendant to deliver care for one person to ensure regular consistent care.

Crossroads is committed to providing a quality flexible home care service. Trained Crossroads Care Attendants regularly visit homes from as little as one hour per week to 24 hours a day, to give support and practical help with caring tasks.
