Training Management

We are acutely aware of the challenges facing the care sector and recognise that if your staff don’t have the right skills for the future, then neither does your business. We work with employers to deliver the skills element required to provide domiciliary care and provide courses in a professional cost effective way. We deliver high quality training based on best practice, providing programmes that are designed around the needs of employers that are fully compliant with NI Legislation and RQIA guidance. Our training ensures your staff have practical skills required for them to perform their jobs.

Individual Carer Support

We recognise that caring responsibilities can be daunting. Our training courses can provide guidance; give you knowledge and confidence in your caring role. For example our Moving & Handling training course will ensure that you do not hurt yourself or indeed the person you are caring for, this course will train you how not to hurt your back.
We will discuss your needs ensuring you will be offered the appropriate course for you
