The Belfast group are still recovering from all those sweeties at Aunt Sandra’s, so we thought I bit of exercise wouldn’t go a miss… This month they are all headed off to the ice bowl to practice their moves, that is if they can stand up?? Hee hee!! Good Luck Belfast!!!
